1. Make it part of your Literacy Programmes at the start of every year.  Build 'Quality Feedback and Comments' into your beginning of the year teaching and learning - NOT something on top of it.
2. Build the "Quality Comments' around a questioning matrix such as the one below. 
3. Have the comments from each other and/or from parents part of the weekly Self Directed Learning 
4. You must take the time to educate the parents/whānau in how to create quality feedback and respond to the teaching and learning.
